• Undergraduate Education: One year prior to graduation.
• Graduate Education, Research, or Continuing Education: Two years prior to scholarship request.

Necessary documentation to be attached to application:

A. Formal Education Assistance

1. Proof of acceptance or enrollment.

2. Transcript of previous courses.

3. Letters of Reference from Program official, and Other person indication your scholastic achievements and personal character.

4. Personal letter indicatiny your financial need, career goals, and professional and non-professional involvement.

 

B. Research Assistance

1. Letter stating your research proposal or activity and its benefit to laboratory science.

2. Letter of recommendation from someone who is familiar with you and your research goal.

 

C. Continuing Education Assistance

1. Letter specifying the continuing education activity and why it will benefit you and the profession.
